  • Marketing Manager, North America

As the Marketing Manager for North America (NA), you will play a key role in helping us deliver this growth through the creation, development and implementation of market-leading strategies and programs that will take our business to even greater heights


    Role Summary

    Your primary objective will be to help grow the sales pipeline for North America and support sales in achieving deal closure. To achieve this, you’ll be responsible for delivering a multichannel market outreach plan for the region, incorporating creative and poignant communication approaches, to achieve maximum reach in the market and strong conversions. In addition, you’ll be working closely with the sales team on sales enablement initiatives and tools that will turn leads into new business.


    As a vital part of the global marketing team, you’ll also work closely alongside your rest-ofworld (ROW) counterpart, to help design and deliver global lead generation and marketing programs to hit global growth targets. We’re also constantly developing our expertise and approaches as a marketing team and you’ll also be expected to play a vital role in helping us become truly world-class.


    Key Role Responsibilities

    • Your overall responsibility will be to develop, own and implement an integrated, multichannel North American marketing plan aimed at driving brand awareness and new business growth
    • You’ll employ the promotional mix to help achieve your NA marketing plan objectives, including:
      • Identifying industry event opportunities and ensuring you get good results from our presence
      • Growing your marketing database and direct marketing opportunities
      • Amplifying marketing programs through regional social media, PR, and digital advertising initiatives
    • You’ll work closely with the sales team to provide the tools, content and rapid response needed to develop prospect accounts and trigger pipeline movement
    • In addition, you’ll measure and report on the performance of your marketing activities and initiatives against business and marketing goals
    • You’ll budget for and track ongoing spend throughout the year to ensure you are making the maximum use of resources available
    • From a global perspective, you’ll also help develop compelling sales enablement and thought-leadership content and outreach campaigns that differentiates our solution, promotes their value proposition and drives adoption. At the same, leveraging these campaigns too to help achieve your local goals.
    • And finally, you’ll play a valuable contribution in developing the global marketing strategy and plan including supporting key departmental initiatives driving overall optimization


    Role Requirements

    • Minimum of 4+ years’ marketing communication experience, ideally within the B2B technology sector
    • Proven track record of working with sales teams to support business development and pipeline growth
    • A strong copywriter with a quick grasp of message requirements and the creative flair to bring this to life in an engaging and poignant way
    • Commercially astute and focused on achieving marketing ROI and business growth
    • Driven and self-directed – you know how to solve problems quickly and effectively
    • Engaging, with a sense of fun and a strong team ethos


    Key relationships

    • Reports to Global Marketing Director, based in London
    • Close interaction with the NA Sales Team and NA Sales Director in relation to the development of local lead generation and business development programs
    • Working alongside the ROW Marketing Manager on international marketing and lead initiatives and NA sales executive who will support on marketing program execution
    • Frequent interaction with the Product Team on the development of our product proposition and offerings

  • Product Management, Audience& Subscription Systems

    Lineup Systems is seeking staff with skills in product or deployment design of Audience & Subscription Systems.

    The responsibilities include:

    • Responsibility for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for new and existing products
    • Developing product pricing and positioning strategies
    • Commercial capabilities to support budget expenditure
    • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding, both internally and externally.

    The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

    • Senior level product management experience in the delivery of software development and systems architecture.

    • Contemporary experience of software design, or deployment, of digital and print media subscription systems.
    • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

    We are looking for an experienced Software Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out a product that is consistent with our vision and strategy.


    • You will demonstrate an understanding of the unique requirements of subscription sales based media businesses and translate those needs into a compelling design for a new product in our portfolio.
    • You will be aware of the key challenges facing potential customers in your product sector and to be able to provide thought leadership on new strategies or methodologies.

    We require talented, experienced and ambitious Pre-Sales professionals who can support and work with our sales teams through their consultative sales process as a core member of the team. These roles are vital in ensuring that the value to customers is maximized.

    Pre-sales interactions with potential customers is typically at a senior level across multiple departments where there is a need to gather requirements and express the value that our solutions can bring to their organization.

    The broad responsibility of these roles is to secure the functional and technical win in sales opportunities. It involves extensive detailed work with potential customers in defining the challenges, the best solutions and business processes and in presenting our findings to senior business and technical audiences.

    These roles will be an integral part of the team in both the EMEA/Asia Pacific and North American regions and will work closely with senior management and Lineup’s major customers.


    • You will demonstrate an understanding of the unique requirements of advertising sales based media businesses and translate those needs into a compelling demonstration of functional and technical capabilities.
    • Work closely with our sales team to improve and implement continuous improvement in our sales and pre-sales processes.
    • Be able to deliver in an effective and timely manner, on detailed responses to RFI / RFPs covering functional and technical requirements.
    • Proactively support relationships with customers and partners.
    • Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high-quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers.
    • Work closely with our operations and infrastructure team to ensure demonstrations are continuously improved and up to date.
    • Work closely with our product team on new upcoming features and how best to highlight these in the product demonstrations.
    • Ensure a quality handover from Sales to Operations when a client is successfully won, with a full understanding of client expectations. Participate in mobilization meetings with new clients alongside the project manager and technical team to ensure quality client engagement and on-boarding.
    • Update the sales team when new demonstration versions are available and educate them on what has changed.
    • Conducting new feature webinars for existing clients.
    • Training new employees on the benefits and functionality of the platform.

    Working closely with Lineup’s sales team, you will participate in sales cycles in support of sales account strategy. You will interact with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions. You will provide value to prospects and customers through solutions to help progress and complete sales.

    Pre-Sales Technical Consultant Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor degree equivalent
    • Technical / software pre-sales experience
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    • Solution specialist (or equivalent customer facing) experience in appropriate areas.
    • Track record of contributing to successful engagements, working with teams on mid/large size deals
    • Expert knowledge on end to end processes/solution matching
    • Experience in sales and sales processes
    • Knowledge of advertising/publishing tech desirable

    Lineup Systems is looking for skilled Deployment Leads with a successful track record to help implement our flagship advertising sales system AdPoint. Working in the fast-paced environment of one of the advertising tech’s leading providers, you’ll be a vital part of a growing managed services team. These roles will be based in our UK and North American operations.

    • Deployment Lead skills and experience required.
    • The Deployment Lead will be involved in project teams to facilitate agile deployments throughout the lifecycle of a project.
    • You will be expected to maintain technical documentation and work closely with the team to ensure coverage of your duties.
    • In addition, you will work closely with the support teams to assist in response to incidents related to your assigned projects.

    Personal specification

    We are looking for a methodical person with good organizational skills who works well in a team. Ideally you will have experience in complex application environments and be self-motivated. You must be comfortable speaking to customers and have good communication skills. Previous experience of the advertising/publishing tech industry would be advantageous.
