Your satisfaction is our number one priority. When you come on board with us, you will be assigned your very own Success Consultants. These highly trained individuals will be on hand to help you make the most of our systems throughout the life of your use of our platform and address any issues quickly and efficiently so disruption is kept to a minimum.


We have a range of policies and practices in place to make sure our customer care and support program is the best of its kind. We offer:

Enhanced support, as standard

We want you to get the best possible advice. You’ll have contact with at least two Consultants at any one time. Your success contacts will know your Adpoint system, configuration, and usage better than anyone else at Lineup, so they will be best equipped to answer queries and liaise with our product, customer service, and development teams on your behalf. All this is in addition to Lineup’s Customer Service support, which remains in place to help ensure continuous service and manage any incidents which affect your day-to-day use of Adpoint.

Refined best practice reviews

In these workshops, we’ll seek to understand how your end-users work with our software, and what we can do to accommodate individual requirements. We’ll find practical solutions to any challenges that are raised and will work with you to ensure you’re always able to use our system(s) to your best advantage.

Smooth handovers

Our sales team will still be in contact post-purchase to discuss new solutions and opportunities – but our Success Consultants will look after you on a day-to-day basis at the deployment stage and beyond.

Regular Success meetings

These sessions will focus on how Lineup can best assist you with achieving your business goals. They will also provide our Success Consultants with the chance to introduce you to any new product features or upcoming releases that will benefit your organization.

Constant innovation

Our developers deliver a new release every 6 weeks, which is packed full of exciting new features to enhance your experience of our software even further. As a customer, you can view all our current and upcoming releases, and provide feedback on enhancements as they happen.

The updates we introduce are often the result of conversations with our clients who require bespoke functionality to perform specific tasks or better configure their package with their systems. Some, however, are innovations from our own development team, who work around the clock to ensure our products remain at the cutting edge of the media sales and subscription management spaces.


We know that many of our clients like to learn at their own pace, which is why all our Adpoint partners are granted complimentary access to our Adpoint Academy.
