Adpoint Storage for SaaS Users 

Unless otherwise defined in your Master Service Agreement the storage space included in your SaaS fees comprises:

  • Database Storage: 25 GB
  • Document Storage: 50GB 

If at any time during the Subscription Term, Customer exceeds the amount of disk storage space specified below, Lineup shall promptly notify Customer in writing of such excess and Lineup may charge Customer. Customer shall pay the excess data storage fees at the then-current rates.

Unless otherwise defined in your Master Service Agreement the additional data storage fees to be applied when these limits are exceeded are:

  • Database Storage: $400 per month per 25GB
  • Document Storage: $50 per month per 100GB
GBP
  • Database Storage: £320 per month per 25GB
  • Document Storage: £40 per month per 100GB
EUR
  • Database Storage: €360 per month per 25GB
  • Document Storage: €45 per month per 100GB
AUD
  • Database Storage: $590 per month per 25GB
  • Document Storage: $70 per month per 100GB

Backup Schedules for Adpoint Databases

Unless otherwise defined in your Master Service Agreement the management of database backups for your Adpoint system is:

Data location

Customer is assigned a primary data center from which the Software is provided and a secondary data center to which the Software access may be transferred during a disaster recovery situation. The location of your primary and secondary data location is defined in your Master Service Agreement.

Backups

At a minimum, backups of the Adpoint database are created in the primary data center every night and are replicated to the secondary data center.

Lineup may use multiple hosting partners to deliver maximum redundancy and service flexibility and Lineup reserves the right to locate the service (or portions thereof) at any hosting provider. If Lineup chooses to modify its hosting provider and/or location the Customer will be pre-notified if there is any impact on commitments to data location.

Lineup does not provide a remote mirror of any Customer Data that is not stored in the database.

Customer is required to adequately provide for recovery of lost or corrupted data to the extent such data is entered between regular backup periods.
