Backup Schedules for Adpoint Databases
Unless otherwise defined in your Master Service Agreement the management of database backups for your Adpoint system is:
Customer is assigned a primary data center from which the Software is provided and a secondary data center to which the Software access may be transferred during a disaster recovery situation. The location of your primary and secondary data location is defined in your Master Service Agreement.
At a minimum, backups of the Adpoint database are created in the primary data center every night and are replicated to the secondary data center.
Lineup may use multiple hosting partners to deliver maximum redundancy and service flexibility and Lineup reserves the right to locate the service (or portions thereof) at any hosting provider. If Lineup chooses to modify its hosting provider and/or location the Customer will be pre-notified if there is any impact on commitments to data location.
Lineup does not provide a remote mirror of any Customer Data that is not stored in the database.
Customer is required to adequately provide for recovery of lost or corrupted data to the extent such data is entered between regular backup periods.
